Bachelorette Party Ideas
It’s inevitable that we will plan our friends bachelorette parties at some point or another,
but how do we make them fun without all the raunch?
Give us your ideas for fun things to do with a bridal party without all the crazy.
It’s time for a PARTAY!
Here’s an idea that we did for my sister-in-law’s bachlorette party last year:
Dinner and laser tag in prom/formal dresses!
When can you get away with crazy-looking prom dresses in public?  Exactly 🙂  Not many other times than Halloween.
As bridesmaids we wore prom/formal dresses that had been tucked back in a
corner closet or that we found at a thrift store.  My sister-in-law’s sister bought
a used wedding dress for the bride (it pretty inexpensive actually!) and also bought her
a tiara to add to the outfit.  Not only was it fun to dress up in crazy-retro dresses in public, but everyone
we passed got entertainment from our outfits 🙂  (the dresses were modest too, by the way.)
We had dinner at a tasty restaurant in a pretty/quaint part of town.
During dinner, each of the bridesmaids took a turn sharing a special memory
with the bride-to-be and we got lots of pictures of us all gussied up in our gowns.
After dinner, we played laser tag . . . in our formal dresses.  Pretty sure the guy working there
was just too stunned by all the glam to have much of a reaction!
The evening was lots of fun, and it was all very clean and “raunch-free” including the gifts.

That sounds like fun. The poor guy working laser tag or maybe lucky he now has a great story to tell of the time these girls came in……..
